Sale/Leaseback Financing

NetLeaseX Capital works with clients who are seeking to acquire and leaseback investment-grade properties.  By selling and leasing back properties, sellers can achieve one or more of the following benefits:

If you have a property that you would like to sell and leaseback, please note our below acquisition criteria:

1. Type:  Single tenant property; any property type

2. Lease:  Triple-net, double-net or bond net

3. Lease Term:  Typically, no less than 15 years.  Shorter term leases will be considered on a case by case basis.

4. Tenant Credit:  Investment grade or equivalent. Private companies also considered.

5. Location:  Nationwide (preference for major markets areas)

6. Development:  Forward commitment on build-to-suit properties considered

7. Price/Size:

a)  Individual assets:  $5 million minimum, no maximum
b)  Portfolio transactions:  $10 million minimum, no maximum
