On the buy side, we can source potential acquisitions online through CoStar, LoopNet, and other web sites and offline through relationships with other real estate agents and brokers who have listed properties.  In addition to scanning listed properties, we accept a limited number of engagements to identify off-market real estate investment opportunities based on our clients’ specific investment criteria.  We don’t charge any retainers and/or other fees for this service.  Rather, the owner of the property will pay NetLeaseX Capital a mutually agreed upon commission only if our client purchases the property.

On the sell side, we can market your property to a wide range of qualified investors, including those investors in which we have personal relationships who are interested in purchasing properties in all the major property types.
